Application & Deadlines

Students interested in participating in the Festival are asked to respect the following deadlines:
Application deadline: May 1, 2026
Notification of decisions: May 15, 2026
Tuition due in full: June 1, 2026

Dates & Address

The 2026 Varese Piano Festival will be held July 13 – July 24, 2026.

Students should plan to arrive in Varese in time to attend the orientation session at 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 12. Lessons will begin on Monday, July 13. The schedule of additional student and faculty concerts and other events will be announced.

Tuition

Participation in the Festival includes private lessons, masterclasses, and opportunities for performances in historic Italian venues.
$1,600 — 4 private lessons
$1,800 — 6 private lessons
Optional additions:
Chamber music: + $200
Accompanist fee (strings only): + $100

A limited number of scholarships are available to help talented students access the program.

Additional Costs

Airfare, accommodation, and meals are not included in tuition and remain the responsibility of each participant.
